Just curious as to what the average 1/4 mile times are for a Crx(mine's a '91 Si.. so it's the heaviest of them all  ) with a b16a1 swap, relativly stock(intake and header only)?

Thanks

There's a lot of factors in all of that, but yesterday I went to the track and saw crx's running from 14.5 to 16.4 that had b16's, and the 14.5 was one of my buddies in a gutted hf, the only thing left inside the car was one seat, the dash, and the shifter.

Thats about what I was figuring.
About the same as a stock mustang(4.6 or a 5.0 with a crappy driver )

how much hp is a N/A b16 fully built good for? and what kind of 1/4 times can that produce?

i ran my 5000 pond chevy at the track yeserday against b16sir1 i ran a 15.3 and he ran a 14.7 with full weight

A friend of mine ran a 15.0 in a ef hatch (full interior)!! pretty much stock with itr IM and gsr cams.. shitty p28 chip ecu (ran super rich) so I think it would of been quicker if he had a better map

Yeah I'm not planning on running a chipped ECU, for that reason exactly.

We'll see how the swap goes, then I can race my bro-n-law and his gs-r.

turbo?

i just got a 91 CRX with a b16a1 and i have no idea what kind of compression it runs it already has a Hondata ecu and a full exhaust system i know tuning it wouldnt be a walk in the park what should i do

you should..... start your own thread! this one is from 2006 dumbass
