I bought the site from someone else, so there's already a good deal of posts there already. But, I'm revamping it and turning it into another leading site.

I have a guy working on some graphics for me so it's a little bland right now, but in due time it will look pretty :)

i got 10k banked, own property, and have previous metals that are probably worth 20-30k by now.

I'm about where you are, but all my money is tied up in non-liquid investments. I'm struggling on the rest- but my living expenses are too high right now.

My goal with the site is more for finances and investing. All that Deals shit will be removed

no. i bought savingstalk.com from some other dude... mostly for the name, not the content.

I would advise to keep some of the deals.....especially the affiliate accounts that pertain to your website's particular subject matter.
Some mortgage affiliate companies pay BIG BUCKS for referrals (as an example).
