ex-wife also said he spent a lot of time studying the case...

my first thought was that he was banged out for kiddie sex in bangkok and told them this story to get into the US and stay out of their prison system...
but it appears they have been tracking him for months and arrested by both thai and american officials...

opinions?

Thailand is lenient on child molesters within their own borders. It's a child molestation vacation hot-spot.

His Ex Wife is defending him quite a bit. We all know he's a child rapist, his life revolves around getting 8 year old booty and he's moved to Thailand to prove it.

Jon Benet passed all tox-screens for drugs in her system, when they examined her for the autopsy.

This is why I think, he's just a fucked up weirdo getting his jollys by pulling on everyone's chain and fessing to something he didn't do.

-His ex-wife says he was with her.
-He says he drugged her, raped her, and then accidentally murdered her but no drugs were found in her system.

Two strikes in his story. He should do better research next time.

It's been a madhouse here for the past 48 hours (I work in Boulder). News helicopters overhead, all kinds of newsvans, buses are running late, etc.

It was bad enough 10 years ago.....

the tox tests as posted above, and cause of death was strangulation...

they said he was arrested on his 2nd day of his new job as a teacher

i'm sticking by my original theory, he said all this to get out of the thailand prison system...

but yea...at first i was thinking it was him...but after reading the rest of these posts...yall bring up some good points as to why it could not be him...but if it is him...is sucks her mom had to die as one of the prime suspects...
 
i just saw this on the news this MOFO got to fly in business class from Bang-cock to LA. goes to show our hard earned tax dollars pay for good seats on over seas flights for killers

then b I guess he was in first class, from the pictures taken on the flight sure looks like first class to me. the news was calling it business class.
