i need to know if my h23 motor will fit in a 95 civic hatch back and wut do i need to do the swap.it a h23 2.3 bored port and polised to 2.4 with skunk 2 cams.

Well an H22 will fit in a hatch so I assume that an F22/23 or H23 would fit in also. I'm pretty sure it uses the same mounts as an H22 (can someone confirm that?), so if that's the case then you'd just follow the same procedure as an H22 swap into an EG Civic chassis.
 
H23 will fit in the civic with h22 mounts. The swap for the h23 is the exact same as the h22. the h23 is a block that is bored .5mm over and does not have the plumbing for vtec. other than that, its the same engine.
 
Oh, and one more thing, an H-series motor won't bolt up to any D-series or B-series trannys, so you'll need to either swap the tranny as well (which will require a bit of customizing) or purchase an adaptor plate if you plan on using a B-series transmission.
 
they also carry an h-d series adaptor plate. (dont know why you would wanna use a d tranny on an h) but hey they make it lol.
 
The main reason I see people put the d-series plate on the h-series is the fact that a d-series tranny is cheapier and easier to find than a b-series. But thats just my opinion
