lol we had a hard drive bite itself this week, when I tried to explain what that meant to my boss he looked at me funny.

This was the same guy who kept blowing out power supplies when he would open up his tower and then thought I was making shit up when I asked him if he was grounding himself...
 
I remember back in the day with the old 5 1/4" hard drives, you could make a multi-seek program that would read and write at the same time, and if you put it in a loop after 3-4 hours you could fry an egg on the case of it, and some even said they smelled smoke...

That just looks like a defective chipset.
 
I just replace my Dell hard drive. If it shits again I'm kicking a Dell rep in the balls. And my battery wasn't a model being recalled. I didn't think it was, I keep it on 24/7 at school.
