Im thinking about swaping a 2005 Celica GT-S motor into my 91 CRX but i dont know if i would be able to find motor mounts that would work, or if the motor would even fit into my car???

If at all possible, it would be extremely hard to pull off. You'd need custom motor mounts fabricated at the minimum; not to mention transmission matching issues.

Celica being a Toyota and CRX being a Honda mean you don't get to play together. Not like that anyway.

Just about any V-tech motor 1.6 and above will be able to get you almost the same power as the celica motor and at a fewer RPM. If you want something thats already been done with the same power, you could look at a K-series or H-series swap that would easily outdo that celica motor any day of the week (not so easy to put in, but powerful) . If you want even easier, you can look into B18's or B16's, there should be one of those that matches your power needs. and all the motors above should have some sort of mount kit already available.

Anything is possible with money. However once you spent that much money on getting it into your car you would have been able to swap in a honda motor that would be better in so many ways. Not worth even attempting unless you just want to be that different. It would be ALOT of work and ALOT of money.

sell all taht toyota crap and buy yourself a nice ls motor and tranny or maybe even a single cam dseries. might be less expnsive. and you will have a lot of fun with it and its still a honda, its easy to find parts, and it can be smog legal if you play by the rules or bend them. might be faster. toyowhat?
