F22A1 or DOHC F22B for boost?

I am planning to turbo my car in the near future and was looking for a bit of advice as well as some opinions. I have a 93 Accord LX (sleeper!) with an F22A1 in it. This motor has 235,000 miles.

My power goal is around 200-250whp. What turbo would you recommend for both of these setups? I was thinking a GT2854R, but that may be a bit small?

I am planning to rebuild the F22A1. Can stock internals handle that much power RELIABLY? If not, when I rebuild, should I go for shot peened stock rods, or H-beams? What else would I need for the motor to handle it?

Or should I swap in a DOHC F22B? I can get an F22B longblock for $300. I've heard the F22B is really good for boost. Would it be more worth while to get the F22B and boost on stock internals?

GT2854R might be enough for 200whp(Dont remember exactly, havent looked at turbo maps in awhile).

I'd go for the F22B since it has a better flowing head(IIRC, it's one of the highest flowing Honda heads). Don't know how well it holds up to boost, but as long as it revs higher than the F22A1 than definantly F22B>F22A1

F22b is nice!

Doch f22b is dope in my prelude but one of the pistons is busted. Thinking on moving on to the h22.:)
