It's a small turbo, and you're probably better off pulling a t3 off of a ford t-bird turbo coupe, as parts to fit a t3 turbo onto any flavor of civic are plentiful and cheap.
Grand Nationals and 300zx TT's had a T3 as well. I think I still have a GN T3 in my attic, needs a rebuild as it has 145K of hard driving on it. The GN has a 3bolt inlet like a typical exhaust flange on the turbine housing, it will be nice and easy to ghettofab it to your stock manifold.
