Will I still have to sleeve a B20 motor if i don't want to turbo. What do i need if so . I want about 200 hp to the wheels all motor. Also, can someone give me a list of things I will need to get the power i'm looking for.

You wont NEED to sleeve it, but it wouldnt hurt. Specially if you plan on using nos, but if you wanna go true all motor and hit 200 whp

Header
External Coil Ingition system with a ingistion timer
Stage II+ cams
Intake manifold / or ITB
High Compression Pistons (id go with 13:1 or higher, i hear they make them up to 18:1)
Piggy back system
Adjustable cam gears
Port and Polish

That should put you well on the way. Turbo will allow you to produce "cheaper" hp so to speak. Id recomend doing a b18c or b16a motor for all motor. A b20 is better b/c it has a lower redline thn most other B engines, but it can still be raised. The b20 allows for more torque and lower peak torque rpm, and the tq doesnt drop after it peaks which is really nice.

Get a set of Crower 404s, springs, and retainers. Like daf said, raise the compression cause it will be either 8:8.1 or 9:6.1 depending on what B20 you find. Plus everything else daf said to get also.

why?

for 200 not needed

Piggy back system
why not a true ems like crome

i would forget the non vtec and slap a b16/8 vtec head on it.and start from there. also a short geared tranny will help

Some people like myself don't want to add the v-tec head. I am just fine with what mine does. I have a pretty good built B20Z2 and my best 1/8 mile has been a 8.80 with 14 inch slicks.

was i talking to you?

some people like to start with a better foundation.some even like having 10-25 more hp by adding a stock vtec head than buying some cams.

non vtec is great for FI builds not NA, i think it takes more money to get to the same goal. & NA is expensive enough.

aem fuel rail
RC 550 cc injectors
exedy 3 puck clutch kit
dc headers
intake
skunk2 exhst
apex vtec conroller
hondata s300
no cat- obd1
skunk2 intake manifold
skunk2 70mm throttle
etc......
still yet to be tuned...... over 200 whp no problem, u'll love it....more news to come...

Why do you have 550cc injectors on your build? We made 205whp and 142tq. with skunk2 stage 3, wiseco pistons 11:5:1 , 310cc injectors, b16 head with s2 valvetrain, dc sports header, act clutch, b16 tranny,type-r im, type-r tb, tuned on crome pro in a DA and went 13.6 @103.5mph on drag radials with a 2.1 60ft. by the owner. I recommend you sleeve it ,b20 walls are thin, so be careful and be smart with how you drive. Not saying you can't get it to last without sleeves, but a lot of people blow them up or crack the sleeves. Remember with hybrids you need to have it built correctly with a great turner and tunning device.
