Honda Rape~
Hey all,
I currently have a 95 Civic EG8 (GLi) with a D15B7 in it, all i want to do is drop a b16a into it.... will i need to get a front cut including the transmission Gear Box or can i just get the b16a and drop it into its current surroundings? i'm not totally sure what i need to do and will there be any other considerations when doing this swap, any help/links/guides would be much appreciated k3

p.s.
HONDA FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will need the entire swap, a 'half cut' is awesome if it's affordable for you.
You'll need B series axles (from the half-cut or 94+ integra)
The rest kind of depends on which year engine you get.

yeah, i realize i need the entire front cut..
what setups can you have with b16a?
like i mean there are some revving to 9 grand and thats what i'd like to achieve.
i've got plenty of money to spend and i'm trying to source all my parts out...
like good computers and vtec controllers that work well with the engine.
i'm trying to chase a 97-98 VTI R Civic front cut, ive been told its the one to get?

once its all completed i want to push it to its limits, as far as a natro goes.
anyone that has any awesome setups that they would like to share with me :D?

Well in the last 2 hours everything has changed around, i found a 1999 vtec coupe VTi-R for an excellent price, it already has a b16a in it (b16a2).
so hopefully that saves having to wait for a newer civic/b16a...
