my setup is a b16 using a t28,i had 2 leaks i fixed i havent seen any after that went thru my pipes n everyting no more leaks, i barely get 3psi and it doesnt move anywhere after that ,cudit b the wastegate or sumtin im on an internal wastegate i dunno any1 have an idea wtf is goin on

Is it a new turbo or used? Check to make sure the wheels can spin freely inside the turbo for starters.

Make sure your downpipe that connects to the turbine housing is sealed up tight to it.

Remove the wastegate actuator rod and ensure that the flapper is being held tightly shut. You should have to stretch the actuator onto the flapper slightly.

Other then that stuff, pipes or I've heard of someone on here with a leaky BOV flange.

im not gettin anyting now the turbo is perfect no leaks or nuttin it spools but now i dont build boost is the wastegate f'd up the turbo screams but no boost it builds so any ideas, im on an internal wastegate,no vacuum line hooked up 2 it is that a problem to?

buy a boost controller, turn it up slightly and check, then do it again but with more boost.

now heres the prob , i sprayed soapy water around the compressor housin its was leakin around the compressor , i rotated the compressor so that i cudda have the air outlet from the compressor point the way i wanted it to,i try tightenin up the bolts around the compressor housin but it still leaks there,, if i got it aluminum weld or sumtin cud it b fixed i dunno, thats the only place where it leaks from, and i dont get boost in 1st jus in second to third and fourth at 2psi so i wanna kno cud this prob b solved n so forth or i shud b like f the turbo and get a next 1 , ppl help me

sounds like you fucked it up

i would re-examine how you clocked the turbo
sounds like something is hitting and preventing it from tightening all the way

make sure your bov is hooked up right and what type of wastegate do you have

theres still a spring in it.. people wiyh srt-4s hold more boost on there stock turbos by getting a diff spring and have you ever held a turbo in your hand and open the wastegate with your hand with the rod that goes to the exhaust flap?? theres a spring that keeps it shut, the wastegate spring might be worn out or broke so its always staying open thats prolly why your not boosting/holding more than 3 psi

actually this will be a good test... go to your turbo, find the rod coming from your wastegate, get a good grip on the rod and push away from the wastegate, if its really hard to open but u feel it opening it should be fine, but if you do that and its pretty easy than thats your problem... unless you have huge muscles, then just make your lil brother do it to be sure :D. good luck let me know what happens

hmm.. if your vac lines are all good then im not sure.... bad turbo? im not 100% im gonna ask on another forum for ya tho.. sit tight ;)

this is what i got

"check the blow off vavle. daiphram could be broke. and staying half open and leaking out there too. check all cold piping clamps. most likely places for leaks. tighten em all down hard."
