I agree but I don't agree on the 2 years thing. He's getting older and Diego Sanchez, as much as I hate him, is just getting better, stronger, and faster. I think Diego will beat him in a year or so but I think Matt will train good for the rematch, take his belt back, and retire as champ. With the way MMA is going now, I think 2 more years being undefeated for Matt would be a stretch. Not to mention BJ Penn and GSP want redemption as well.

hes not undefeated as it is.

if he wants some competition he should join pride.

i think gsp will take him though.

I could see Matt Hughes losing to Diego Sanchez, but not as they stand now. Maybe in a year or two.

i know he's not undefeated. that's why i said he will go undefeated for 2 more years. as in, not lose for 2 years. diego is extremely good, he's coming up fast, and he is definitely the new face for welterweight supremacy, but experience will prevail. if matt hughes wants to go out on top, he should fight diego soon then retire after he beats him. i know diego will win if they were to fight in 2 years.
hughes won't go to pride because he's gets paid a hell of a lot more being champ at UFC.

sure...name your price. GSP may have gotten better but that doesn't mean he's adapted his game strictly for Matt Hughes.

Did you watch the last fight with them? GSP had Hughs hurt and couldnt finish it (spinning back kick). . . i wouldnt say it was a one sided bout at all.
