from what i hear is good, from what ive seen its pretty good. i made 180whp off of it, but from what im told it has a hard time controling the idle correctly.

It shouldn't have trouble controlling idle unless the stock map was altered near the idle, which you should not need to do on any application. Crome is a great program - easy to use, and lots of good tools built into it. You won't find better software for the money.

On pgmfi.org there's a LOT of instances where people are getting the bouncing idle wit Crome. There's a delete script for it but I havent tried it yet so I cant see what it does.

Otherwise Crome is Badass! I was able to learn the software by just working with it over and over. Its all in relatively plain english :)

I actually got rid of my bouncing idle problems by switching to crome. There is deffinitely alot more functionallity to it then something like uberdata.

i got it tunned at churchs, and they basically said its hard for crome to control the IACV, or it doesnt control it as good as lets say, hondata does. Its fine most/60% of the time. the rest of the time it just bounces around and annoys me. Butttttt my car runs freaken awesome if it isnt idling.

so if crome could fix that issue, that would be sick. . .. !!!!

I'm using crome in my 5gsi with b16, Dave who burnt my chip has a website dedicated mainly for crome, check it out....

Welcome to PGMFI

I've idled lots of 1200cc injector cars and a few 1600cc setups perfectly with Crome. Idle stability requires tuning and an understanding of what those numbers in the boxes mean.

i would think church would noe something about what those numbers mean. . .

woops am i trend jacking?

A laptop, chip burner, chips, software, socketted ECU. The chip kit is only like $24. If you have some soldering skills its VERY easy to socket your own ECU.
