Newbie with 1987 integra

Ok, i think im in the right place now. somebody had to tell me how to do this since im kinda new at forums.
im running the integra in racing..dirt track racing. 1.6 twin cam, 5 speed, id like to run larger cams which dont effect the idle very much. rules to this race are dead strict, meaning everything has to be pretty much stock.
Im trying to get all the performance that i can. Any suggestions?
Am i at the right place, or should i post in racing?

I have the same engine and i am going to swap the cams from a zc the cams say pm7 and use the zc intake manifolds.
