Hope someone can help? Situation is 1990 Accord with no spark.
Can anyone tell me what is the most likely cause?
Also I downloaded a CB1, CB3, CB7 (86-91) manual off of the internet, however the ECU pinouts in it show Axx Bxx & Dxx and that there is no Cxx, however it doesn't match with my ECU for the number of pins for each designation. Any idea where I can find something more accurate?

I would sincerely appreciate any help that can be given.

Thanks

bad distrubtor or timing belt

Thanks for the info. It's not the timing belt as the rotor still goes around and I've bin told that it is an indicator the the timing belt is still intact.

Yes, I had thought of the distributor but was thinking more to it's internal parts as to what was the most likely to go? Ignitor, coil or TDC/Crank/Cyl sensors

As I haven't yet found a proper pinout for the ECU, I haven't been able to check the TDC/Crank/Cyl sensors for correct operation. Can you help in this area?

Thanks

the tdc sensor singnal is pin out B-14 and the tdc input is B-13

Many thanks for the info. I found my problem, it was the built in ignition coil. Eventho the resistance measurements were what was in the manual, it still didn't give me any spark when I tried it on the bench. (I know, shoulda tried this first) 20/20 hindsight is sure clear!

I must say I learned a few things about the ignition system with this problem.

Anyway, thanks again.
