I don't even know where to start this thread. Tonight I was chilling on the porch of my Fraternity house and I watched a Juicehead smash his fist into my car, AGAIN!!!. I'm shaking as I type right now. I walked up to the kid (probably about 250 with his friend about the same size) and asked him if he had a problem because that was my car he just smashed. Like a complete asshole he goes, " You better grow a foot right now because I beat Frat boys up for fun", as he pushes me into the street. Obviously I am alone and can't do shit. I am so sick of this shit. I will let all you know that for the rest of the week my car will be in the same spot and I will be watching with more than my dick in my hands this time. Nothing lethal but enough to get my point across. This is the last time that a passer by will do $500+ damage to my car. He didn't even hit the same spot so now the door and rear quarter are fucked. I really can't even think about it anymore.

I was thinking more knock him out, drag him into the basement and take my payment out of his head. O yea, after he left he drove by with friends and called me a "pussy ass do nothing Frat boy". He obviously doesn't know what my fraternity has done to the entire football team.

Sounds like you and your brother's should repay his stupidity. Make sure you do something movie worthy, like stealing his bike and pushing it in front of a moving truck coming down the street. I say put his car on blocks, then put up ads around school picturing the rims/tires for cheap....with his number on the bottom! Just hide them somewhere they would be eventually found. On a rooftop of a dorm. Just make sure you post it on here.
And I would get a good paintball gun for protection at home, just keep the paintballs in the fridge/freezer your choice.

find out who this guy is, and go to the cops with a report and the name, and sue him for 20k.

^WORD! I had a beef with some kids and instead of me and the one guy fighting it out, they had a dozen people chase me while he broke all the windows in my one car with a bat. I got his plate as they left, called the po-lice, fined the dude almost 1900!!! He had to pay me 1400 for 4 windows in a 84 VW Rabbit. I traded the car in shortly after for $500 :p

I agree beating his ass would be great, but find a friend in a body shop and have him jack up an estimate and stick it to the dude!!! He will have no choice but to pay if its court ordered :)

Hell, I'm sure with enough of an effort, he can get the guy put on academic suspension for pulling that stunt.

What is there to debate? You got three choices as far as I'm concerned:

1. Sit around like a bitch while some 250lb fucktard smashes your car at whim, and then threatens you physically.

2. Grab shotgun and/or pistol walk outside and get fucking crazy on his ass. You can't legally shoot him unless you fear your life is in danger, but you can pistol whip the fuck out of him and teach him a lesson he soon wont forget.

3. Take the pussy way out and pay a couple of drunk mexicans to beat him up with baseball bats.


If guns aren't available, then just grab a kitchen knife and charge at him. The point I'm trying to make here, is that the OP didn't do shit. WTF ???? Grow some balls buddy.

well whatevers. Just reading that story makes my blood boil too. But I have handled situations like that in the past different.

only reason I am commenting is I have been in that situation before, and to this day, fail to see why "big and buff" guys like that think they are invincible. I am not a hardass myself. I am quiet, and unassuming. I am not physically big. But I got a foul fucking temper when provoked and cannot understand why people dont realize it. I hate losing my temper, as I see it as something a third world savage would do. I am above those types of people. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, and make sure you finish the job correctly.

Can anyone answer me why people fuck with other people like that? Do they honestly think that retribution/revenge will fail to find them/their children?

man o man o man...first mistake was steppin up to them without having a weapon...if you fists cant do the job...at least have an object in hand that can do some damage before you go confront them about what they just did to your car...i know i would have fucked them up for touching my car...i dont play those kind of the games...no need for the cops...ill get my point across...and ill get the bitch to pay me the money without getting the cops involved...

anyone ever seen that family guy where the bully steals stewies bike...haha...thats what this reminds me of...
