I've been contacted by the fire dept. from which that picture originated from asking to remove all references to it for its derrogitory nature.

FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, anyone posting that pic again will be banned.

I don't have time for legal heat from a state department, nor the funding.


If you have old posts that included this picture or some version of it that I have missed in my deletion, go through your old posts and delete it ASAP.

This includes anything you put up on imageshack, or where ever else.

Thank you for your cooperation. And I'm dead serious. one "joke" and you're toast.
 
took it off my we-todd site...so it shouldnt show up anymore
 
no didn't start here... but thats not the point. no more on here at all.
 
hmm I guess she was offended?

if the FD posted an uncopywritten photo of her on the web I don't think they would have legal ground to stand on unless you directly profited from it's reuse
 
It's surely a legal battle i could win.... but that's not the point. It's not worth my time, or lawyers' fees. End of discussion.
 
I searched to and couldn't find it. Someone had a thread about what you wanted to be when you were a kid and some dood said a fire truck and we all made fun of him...
