Nick Go FAST!!
I'm going to pull the motor out of the accord and rebuild it over the winter. A friend of mine is a distributor for some companies like Eagle, Carillo, Callies, Power Seal, Top Line etc.....

He was looking for a stroker kit for the car since he can get me an excellent deal on one, but he had no luck. He also said he has a set of pistons for my motor, either Top Line or Power seals. Anyone recommend either or recommend to stay away from them????

ALSO, he couldnt find rods for it, is there any other motor that uses the same rod length as the F22?

I plan on honing the cylinders as long as they're not scored or anything, changing the main bearings, swapping out pistons/rings/rods to some stronger ones, ARP hardware, and the H23A head swap. Anyone have some other advice or ideas to add????

Thanks for reading!

Idk, I've bee looking at performance stuff for F22s and check out this stroker kit. It comes with alot of ish but its also expensive.

F22 Parts

I've seen them, just never ever heard of them. AND they deal mainly on ebay which kinda scares me on the quality. They sure do charge top dollar

the h23 prelude shares the came crank and rods. look for h23 rods and you should be fine. how much boost do you plan on running with the stock sleeves?

ever think about stacking the headgasket and pushing 20+? with rods and pistons i would only worry about the turbo being maxed out.
the sleeves are strong

I'm going to be running a t3/T4E, .63A/R. I should be able to run 20psi with that turbo. I want to make over 400whp, I'd like it be around 450 but I know thats dreaming. :)

I cant seem to find any pistons/rings or rods for my F22 block. Anyone know of a place to get them or if the H series uses the same pistons and rods?

Tuners Choice makes forged pistons and they may have rods/crank that fit also.
They only sell the best stuff because their part of Speedway Motors.
Tuners Choice :: Welcome

Good stuff, found the pistons!! :)

They dont have rods listed for a F series, I will email them and ask if the H bottom end is the same.

You talkin about the Airias pistons from Tuners Choice? They're niiice. What compression are you gonna get? 10.5? 8.2?What silicon content?

Prolly the 8.2's, then I can run the turbo in the max efficiency range and be AOK.

I dont know shit about silicon content, explain it a lil if you know please :)

if you want to get creepy you can use h22 aftermarket rods with the aftermarket pistons but you would have to relocate the wrist pin about 2 mm(or so).
in theroy you increase the r/s and you can spin the engine alittle higher

If you buy a bunch from Raceeng they give you a lil break on the price. I emailed them too asking for maybe a package deal and how much I would have to buy to get a significant deal.
