single to double exhaust???

How is it possible to convert a single exhaust to double exhaust like the ones in v6 98-02 Accords. I want to change the exhaust in a 4cyl 99 accord to look like a v6, cos I want to fill the empty space in the rear bumber kit I have.

simply with a " y" pipe before the rear suspension....thats how meinikein does it and others.....no point performance wise tho

im not looking for performance, but for looks. But it wont take away from hp right?

you might actually lose power because there will be less backpressure. plus it will lose 10hp purely for being gay and sounding like shit.

if you get smaller piping after the Ypipe, then you may not lose to much backpressure... IMO.. dont do it.. dont fake the funk

Yea, but im not tryin to lose power, i just love the double exhaust look. And my bumper kit I got has two holes for the exhaust fittings.

well you won't get much moral support from the guys here. if it doesn't make your car perform better it is pretty much deemed worthless.

body kits are gay, double exhaust is gay, big wings are gay.

get a y splitter like they said. if that's what you want, go to a shop and tell them. dual exhaust on a 4 cylinder is stupid because it only has one head. v8's have them because they have 2 heads.
