Collective Racing is doing this conversion right now and let me tell you it is quite a job so far. The swap is going fairly smooth at the moment, but sourcing the various pieces has been frustrating and time consuming. No problem though... we will overcome the issues as I am sure many people have already completed this conversion so far. Here are a couple of pics so far...

Right now, the engine and trans are stock. Plans to build an All Motor K24 or go turbo with this platform are still being considered by the owner.

The parts list is very extensive... Maybe I will post that later if I get a little more time.
 
thats about a 8k swap. well if you guys are doing it for a guy, then he's lookin at what.... 11k?
 
I did the install and just as a side note the pictures that are posted are of the pre-installation the engine bay has since been steam cleaned as we do on every swap that goes out the door.
