there is a 06 civic i-vtec that wonts to race for $100. he only as a cat back exhast. i have a 92 si with 4ws with the h22a and a spon ecu and header to cat exhast, and cold air, new axles and hub bearings and tie tods, and all new ball jonts. do you thank i will win? i will put up the money if so. race day is sat. night..... thanks an info will help thanks
 
Is it an Si Civic? If it's the Si model then I dunno, I think he could probably take you. If it's not an Si, then you might have a chance.
 
take all your seats out run with the gas light on and you should beat him two of my friends raced one has an h22 eg and the other has an o5 si with bolt ons we got on the freeway and the h22 pulled away every gear the went 3 exits and the h22 had the si by like 9 cars

the 06 civic has a k20 in it.... but my other friend has a 90 hach with a obd 1 sohc d16z6 with a skunk2 header back exhast and he lost by 1/2 a car, they raced from a stop,but when i raced the 90 hach i won by alot of cars.... and we raced from a stop too..so i really dont know.... it will be close,.
 
the h22 will win....ive raced a few on the streets...and at the track and prevailed nicely
 
run him and find out, that SPON ecu is probably nothing other than an ecu with the revlimiter cut off and speed limiter eliminated... anyways i think you should take him. if anything, go buy like a galon of 100 octane and mix it with your regular gas :D
 
well thanks dudes, i will let you all know how it goes on sat.!!!!! but should we go from a stop or from a roll? if a roll what speed should it be????
