clutch slipping????

hey guys, im trying to finish up my turbo gsr into a 98 civic ex project but it feels like the clutch isnt engaging. i put it in gear, and it rolls forward just a little bit (or backwards) but upon releasing the clutch all the way, it just sits there and makes a whining noise. (not real loud) any ideas?

On a more serious note though, its probably the throwout bearing if its a new clutch. If its a stock clutch, it just might be time to replace it.

i replaced the throwout bearing with the new clutch/flywheel/pressure plate

Are both of your axles in all the way?

ill double check but im pretty sure. why? would one being pulled out just a little do that?

maybe the clutch is misaligned. it happends to the best of us...thats really all i got if the clutch is new and you have lsd.

the tranny wouldnt slide over the shaft/spine thing if that was the case i thought?
