The data isn't ignored - remember that most people consider the US "ignoring" the problem because we won't sign up with Kyoto. Truth be known, the US has the most stringent anti-pollution regulation in the world. Without Kyoto.

yeah I like how he says the ocean will rise 20 inches and then shows maps where the water swallows half of america. Didn't know half of the Conus sat a 20 inches or less below sea level...
 
20 feet. How can we have the most stringent pollution problem when we are one of the main contributors (ill say top 3 instead of gore's #1) of pollution in the world?

Our SUV's are so goddam polluting that OTHER PLANETS have experienced their damaging effects.

The radar images from Mercury *SUGGEST* ice. They do not prove it. They are close, but not eligible for the proverbial cigar.

Pluto... Two words: NO SHIT.

Pluto's atmosphere has this knack of solidifying and falling to the ground when it passes Neptune. That happens every time it passes. Nothing special there, move along.

Atmospheric changes on Venus are also not 100% proven. When you can keep a probe working on the surface of Venus for 20 years, then I might start taking you a bit more seriously.

On Mars? Yes, its atmosphere is 90% CO2, but it is too thin to allow for a global warming style change. Now Venus... THAT'S global warming.
