t3 turbo on a 92 civic

i put a t3 turbo in my civic and when i drove it there wasnt enough fuel getting to it so i am going to chip my ecu and put a resistor box and bigger fuel injectors in.is there anything else i need?and i have a jdm external wastgate which side should the vaccum be running to the top or bottom
