i have a 92 civic that i am trying to put a t3 turbo in.it is running lean so i am putting a ressistor box high flow fuel injectors and an ecu chip is there anything else i need?also which side of a jdm wastgate do i hook up the vaccum line bottom or top?and i cant control how much boost is going to it.i change the boost controler but it still runs 8-10psi

I have psi for boost control but wastegate is problem. motor is lean for t3 turbo. My ecu is chip and injector for resistor. What else is what is needed?

I believe that port is on the side of the wastegate, also probably your wastegate spring is set @ 8-10psi so you'll have to get lower psi spring in order to drop the psi, then you work yourself up from there!

 dont understand your fuel problem! sorry there!

just get some saturated RC 440cc injectors and a crome chip or etc., and get rid of the resistor box!

i don't know about rc injectors... i had a set flowed that i just bought and they all shut down on me! i suggest precision injectors...as for your fuel...unless you are trying to get 400 hp out of the motor you don't need anything bigger that a 440. any other size would be pointless. you can't run a stock ecu on that big of an injector either.. you can't run a stock bottom end with that much boost anyway...i'd go 6 to 7 psi no more. as for the wastegate get a lower boost spring. wastegates are designed to let off boost for that particular spring and upward. hook up the top. i believe that is the vaacuum line.

The top port on the wastegate is used when you have an electronic boost controller. You need to hook up the vac line to the side/bottom. Leave the top one open.

it is the port on the side i have the same thing.. and you might want a fuel pressure regulator/ gauge. so that you will have static pressure and you will know what you are running.

you might want a fuel pressure regulator/ gauge. so that you will have static pressure and you will know what you are running.

that isn't necessary...the stock regulator will support 400 hp without being touched. get a high flow pump from walbro, but make sure it's a walbro as some jackoff is selling cheap knockoffs on ebay for like 30 bucks. a true walbro should be about 60 bucks. then go for a high flow filter. if you go AEM their filters are replaceable and cheap. then a high flow rail. the stock rail would work fine though. combine those parts and you should have a sufficient system of fuel delvery.

but for tunning it is better to have the pressure controlled at a steady pressure so that while tunning it will not change from static...

dude, regulators aren't controlled by the ecu...they are set by a set screw. the only way they will fluxuate is if you mess with the screw. no amount of static will make them stutter or fluxuate...i know my shit...i do this stuff for a performance specific shop....you DO NOT need a different regulator. PERIOD.

pissedoffsol, have you ever heard of a fpr regulated by the ecu? did you have to change your reg to support any project you have ever done?

fuel pressure "meaning" the regulator is ran by vacume.. the fuel pump/ injectors can be controlled by the ecu.. you dont have to have on i never said he "had " to get a reg.. i said for tunning it would be a good idea.. "meaning" if it wants to run lean on his set up they could increase it or decrease it.. and for tunning it make things a little easier to have a set pressure. which he can see"gauge" and if he wants to change something he dosent have to get it re-tuned which also depends what program he uses.

i tune my own car.. on hondata which they recomend that you have one.
my old motor made 437 to the wheels on a dyno pack... semi built gsr w/stock sleeve and a block guard
and a little boost

so i think i might have changed mine once..

thanks turbo sol for the neg comment. when i suggest something.. not sying he has to get it...
and tell that kid to hook the top of the wastegate are you a retard you want him to blow it, its the side port.. i can tell you know your stuff.
