I am currently putting a JDM B16A Integra XSi motor into my 91 Integra. The motor is in all mounts and I have hooked up everything mechanically. The only thing keeping it off the road is the wiring conversion from OBD0 to OBD1. Now I know that I can buy a kit form rywire.com that includes OBD0 to OBD1 ECU Conversion Harness, VTEC Subharness w/correct O2 Sensor, OBD0 to OBD1 Distributor Adapter. My question is does this kit cover all of the necessary wirng issues? What else needs to be wired up? Basically what other wiring issues are there that need to be adressed that this kit doesnt adress.

Any help is greatly appriciated

This is the kit description:

it should take care of it all just call them at rywire and ask them that they can tell you

what about the wiring going to the map sensor on the fuel side of the motor to the right of the intake manifold...does that need a conversion of some type?

i dont think so but i could be wrong

I'm not sure about the B16's, but I know on my D16z6 I had to just unplug it from the firewall and plug it up to the plug on top of the Throttle Body.

Otherwise, the Rywire harness should take care of everything.
You will need to get the actual 4 wire o2 sensor though, from the junkyard or something; then just wire it up with rywires provided wires.

The map and purge sensor wiring is on your firewall, part of the interior harness that you can't easily send to us. Sometimes this wiring will reach the OBD1 style MAP on the T/B, sometimes not. You'll have to extend these yourself. If there was a way for us to make an extension, we would =P

If that's a OBD0 XSI then you won't have a map sensor on the throttle body and will simply need to run vacuum hoses to the stock map sensor on your firewall, like this diagram shows: Rywire - Online Store
