we're swapping in a jdm b16a1 into my 98 ek dx
it's been converted to OBD1 from OBD2a, and i'm throwing this code.
we're using P30 ecu and the motor swap came with the oem harness so we're using some of the connectors of that on my 98 harness. we've tried the IAT sensor that came in my car (plus into intake tubing)and we've hooked up the one that came with the swap (is on the intake manifold). both throw the code, even when the car isnt running. when i turn the key into the accessories position the code lights up on my dash. i got the swap online from a company a few friends have bought swaps from and the motor has a garuntee start up and all sensors working, but we're going to try to swap out the sensors this weekend from another b series..
other then a possible bad sensor any ideas?
