ABC News: Basketbrawl: The NBA Fights Back

personally I blame the NBA, if Ron Artest was playing ball in Yugoslavia this year I doubt this fight would have taken place...

In related news Steven Jackson, RB for the Rams, received a complimentary beer from an Oakland Raiders fan after scoring a TD on Sunday, he got everything but the cup lol

I saw this on ESPN the other day and to tel you the truth I really didn't care for what happened except when Steve Francis opened up his big fucking mouth and played the race card.

He said something along the lines of "Fights in sports happen everywhere. I just think because it was a brawl involving a bunch of black guys so they are showing it and hyping it up." Give me a fucking break!!!

Why do so many of the athletes think changing the age limit to 20 years old to enter the draft, wearing nice suits to games, and televising thier retarded fights over bullshit all have to do with being black?! Jesus Christ the fuck over it already...

fouling isn't cause for suspension, or fights. It's up to the player to commit the foul clean (well clean for a foul anyways). I also blame the coach, why foul when the game isn't close? Intentional fouling is used to send players to the line, if you're doing it with malicious intent then you're inciting violence.

Coach Thomas should have been suspended too

Athletes in general are not a smart bunch. Yes there are exceptions, but the majority of athletes are ignorant as fuck.

Thomas said that the Nuggets coach was being a prick and trying to run the score up, to show up the Knicks. i didnt watch the game so i couldnt tell you, but from what i've read they had a ~10 point lead with less than 2 minutes left and the Knicks had their starting 5 out there.. uhh yeah, ofcourse the Nuggets are going to play like the game is close... 10 points isn't THAT much.

All ihave to say is that i lost all respect for Carmello Anthony. Sucker punching then running away like a little bitch. Fuck you Carmello. Maybe next time Iverson will get in on it
