Whats going on with my car... help with codes please

Last night as we all know I had to buy a new ECU, I picked up a P30-000 ECU and I'm throwing codes...

I know that the first is a code 20, but I cant make out the last one. I recorded a video.

Here's the 'specs' on my car
90 Integra
Stock LS block
Stock B16 head
OBD0-1 conversion
OBD1 B16 Distributor
OBD1 injectors, etc.
P30 ECU, not chipped.

Is the second code a code 13? or code 4?

How would I go about fixing the code 20? I've read a couple threads saying its most commonly caused by a loose ground, however all my grounds are fine.

Yea, thanks. Already diagnosed that. one of the wires on the hasport harness came out of the plug on the O2 plug and was causing it to throw that code.

Still got 20 and 23 thought. Arent there little things I can do to get rid of the 20 and 23 without having to chip/socket my ECU?
 
i think you can get rid of 23 some how but ill need to check but i know you can get rid of it by chipping

Yea, I know that dude. I don't want to socket this ECU though. I was told that there are little resistors I can buy from like Radio Shack that will fool the ECU into thinking both the sensors are functioning properly, I'd rather just buy those then have the ECU socketed.

Yea, no offense but I'm not going to try to do something like that. Ill either trade my P30 for a chipped/socketed P28/P30/P72 or Ill get the P30 chipped/socketed by someone who knows what they're doing.
 
Just pick up a p28 and socket it yourself. Or send your p30 to Chris Harris (Xenocron), and he can socket it and put a p30 chip with the KS disabled in it for like $70.

No offense intended, but if you don't want to do something as easy as socketing your ecu, why would you try to add resistors to the ecu? Socketing is a well documented procedure, and isn't that hard; what you want to to is not as well documented, and involves similar procedures, meaning soldering/desoldering. I'd just socket it.
 
I'm not good with a soldering iron or solder or anything like that... I'm a ratchet/socket/wrench type of person. P30 is the only ECU I have right now so sending it to someone is not really going to work.
 
My suggestion...find a local electronics repair shop in your area, and go to them with the socket and ecu in hand, and see if they will solder the socket in for you.
