im just starting a new project. im wondering which engine to get for my civic. there all spoon engines. the b16a, b16b, b18c. i need it to withstand HIGH rpm and a turbo. the turbo is about 500hp. if needed ill get it custom built. any answers on which one and the approximate price or if i need it custom built will be very helpful. thanks
 
nevermind that post forget it. i just read that spoon engines arent good with boost. so maybe ill just buy a jdm and turbo it or a spoon and have all-motor. ill have to re-think my plan again lol
 
.....the original post makes baby jesus cry. you need to do a lot of research before you slap a turbo onto anything. i dont think you realize what you are about to get yourself into.

well, you see...when a fork meets a spoon on crack...and they have a child... a spork is the result...one of those she-dude forks...or spoons...which ever you prefer...is the resulting "product"...thus we have the crack baby spoon...or fork.

:stfunoob: he is getting information... sure he might also be getting a little tough love... but how else is he supposed to learn that the product list down at Harry's isnt exactly what may people in the tuning scene would call "real"
it starts off with 500hp turbos and Spoon engines... next thing you know hes trying to find a Motec system exhaust... and then before you know it hes topping out at 140 in a stadium parking lot so hes hawking his Chuck Taylors for NOS (nawwwwwwwws)... two of them... the big ones... because he needs em by tonight
 
What do mean its not real, its all true all of it. I have the motec exhaust and the 500hp tubo. You guys are full of shit. Oh and by the way I have two big ones, there in my pants. Just playin, thats kind funny. Dont worry kid i started out rough to. I thought the ls vtec engine was from the factory so I had some learning to do. Just listen and pay attention and you will learnlike I did. Just keep learning. By the way, I do have to big ones.
