Right now I have a 92 prelude with a JDM h22a engine with the normal SI tranny. The body is a Good on the poor to great scale. There are a few dents here and there. and a little honda rot although not terrible. Interior is in pretty good condition. And other then the h22a and a light weight flywheel, there's nothing special about it. I have redone the front and rear brakes, tierods, and all your other manintance.

Now here is the reason for even thinking about this trade...
I loved my del Sol and hatch. Both were fun as hell. They were tossable, light, and quick, although I am sure my GSR swap had a little to do with that. The other reason is I loved the room in that car. I loved how I could put a bike in my car without even having to take the front wheel off. When I moved back from college in the summer, I was able to fit everythign in my car with a ton to spare.
As for my prelude... I've never really liked it. It is somewhat quick in a straight line, but it always feels heavy, the inside is SO cramped and what a POS for a shifter. So what do you guys think
