I think this makes 14 total citations so far this year.

wow, you still have hand written tickets down there huh?

74 in a 60 isn't so bad, at least it wasn't the bike this time

wtf is a 2448?

just noticed it was in a construction zone, that sucks

what a dumb fucking cop. he doesn't even know his own god damn name.

Pop the radar detector before you stop. I want to know what a 2448 is also. Anyone on H-I know?

Murry was probably the cop who clocked and Latner the one who pulled him over. Latner took the caller instead of giving it to Murry. I've had that happen to me before.

If you pay more attention while you're driving, you'll spot the cops before they spot you.

so true.. my eyes constantly scan the road in front of me and in the back.. i like to drive fast most of the time.. i got on it from a light one time with a motorcycle cop 2 cars behind me .. when i noticed him i just shifted to a higher gear and let the rpms drop to idle almost.. no ticket.. not even a turn the head and look at me.. i was watching him in my rearview..

ohmy god, i think i just talked to 5 diffrent people at a texas highway patrol office and no one has a fucking clue

and they all sound retarded with their texas accents

maybe 2448 is the badge number of the other cop that observed the radar detector?

Here's the thing, though.

I wasn't speeding. It was a 70mph zone, and I was doing 70.

And it wasn't a construction zone. And needless to say, since it wasn't a construction zone, there weren't any workers present.

wtf?
thats fucking gay

well...if what you say is really true...that there was no construction zone and no workers present...and there is a posted speed limit of 70 where you were clocked (mile marker 404 or 424...cant tell...cops are almost as bad as doctors when they write)...i would dispute it...and win...and im sure the 2448 was another officer that also observed the speeding violation...so it makes it harder to fight it when its two officers...but if youre correct on your dispute...you have no worries

go back and take pictures of the place where the cop nailed you at so you can use it as proof when you go to court that it wasnt a construction zone. also, make sure the speed limit sign is clearly visible in the/a picture as well.

you need to find out where there is construction on that road
they could have tagged you 10 miles back, which might be in a construction area with a lowered speed limit
