Its been tested, I just got done hooking it up on my buddys CB Antenna. it all works.

Well i can guarantee that it will Not Be DOA when it gets to whoever buys it (Unit is Being Sold *Like New/AS IS*). But i wouldn't be able to offer a refund cause its going on titleing my car. Thats the only guarantee i can make.
