Im looking for things i can do to my 92 civic coupe to make it run high 12s low 13s. Im on a budget of 4K but all work will be done for free. What kind of swap can i do besides the b16a2 that is cheaper but will give me close results.

Thanks for any help,
Jake

10 second quarter mile for 4k..

Sell the civic for 2k.

Add the 4k and buy a used Hayabusa for 6k.

Done.

lol
im looking at getting an f4i from my buddy as a starter bike. I dont want to kill myself to soon. But im more into my car at this point. Blanco, you think you could kind of give me a run down on what i would need for the B18b or the Parts i would need to strengthen motor.

Thanks alot,
Jake

You think if i sold my car and bought a hatch and did a turbo D16z6 in it. That i could run 13s? Sorry, Dont mean to annoy you with these n00b questions.

why would you need to sell your car? you can get a Z6 for under $300 and do a vitara/tunertoy rod combo with a little liquid aluminum, then build a turbo kit and it would all come out to around 1,300. all depending on what you get and how good of deals you can find.

all the dumbass's that say it can't be done for that cheap STFU because you don't know what your talking about. i am doign two set-ups just liek that right now.

Um. Who said it couldn't be done for cheap?

usually when you post a price range for a turbo kit for anything less then what Greedy ones go for people start to talk shit about "junkyard" or "homemade" turbo kits thinking just because it didn't come in a kit and you did most of the work yourself that it doesn't perform as good when usually it performs better the kits. i have had 3 differant turbo setups on my car before and all have been quality kits that ran strong, and never did i pay more then 700 with all the parts.

I think your getting a little carried away pal... Kits you peice together yourself are refered to as junkyard kits or homemade because you got every peice seperately.

hey new here fellas but i do know that you can piece a kit together cheaper than buying a greddy. For damn sure. Got some questions need and have parts for buy.sale.trade. This is my first time posting so give me a write back.
