type s tranny?

how did you overcome the bracket fitment with the type s tranny cause if i have read correctly, (and was told this info by HMOTORSONLINE) you cannot mount a type s tranny onto a regular h22a because the motor and tranny are differnt (cause the type s tranny that came mated with the type s h22a) has atts and makes mating it with a reg h22a NON ATTS impossible.

also has this car been dynoed tuned?

well... my tranny is from the 93-96 h22a type s.. iono if those year came with atts but i don't have atts on my tranny and yes i am 100 percent positive my tranny is LSD and no its not an aftermarket LSD.. its OEM... i have the receipt for the original h22a type s motor.. it even says it on the receipt " LSD tranmission"
but ur correct that u can't use atts on regular h22a1 motor but like i said my doesn't have the atts ..

lilryanadamse ok I know 97-01 some preludes were SH and had ATTS however. what you must not know is that the type s prelude was made with atts and I was told by people also Hmotorsonline, that you cannot mount a type s tranny with a non type s motor. I think this guy has a reg h22a tranny with a LSD thats very possible to get but you cannot use a type S tranny with a non type s h22 motor.
the best bet if you want a short geared tranny for ludes and you are using a h22a motor or in this case he is using an USDM motor like the seller here is to go after a T2W4 tranny that came with the Type R accord. But good dam luck getting a hold of 1
