you may be right, but as it stands they are the only undefeated team in Div-1A and have victories over Oregon St, Nevada, Hawaii, and Oklahoma who all went to bowl games
Yup and they will still get shafted and not be ranked in the top 5... they should be ranked in the top 3 at least but we all know that'll never happen. UCLA or Notre Dame will still get a higher rank then they will...we all know this

ranking came out this morning and they're 5th, I say they should be second or third behind LSU. If Oregon St or UCLA can beat USC, Boise st damn sure can
at least they got 5th... but I mean c'mon, undefeated and can't even get a #2 spot, that would piss me off if i played for Boise.
Of course Boise has a chance against USC. Hell no one gave USC any chance against Michigan and they tore Michigan to shreds.

Im rooting for Hawaii only because i want to see colt throw 60 td's and another 5,000+ yard season.
If Carroll and Dwayne Jarrett stay... i think USC will have a very good shot at the title next year. They only real threat they are losing is Steve Smith, even though Jarrett has yet to decide if he is staying or going... USC will lose their center, a tackle, 2 linebackers, and their 3rd wr. Either way, they will win like always.

jarret ain't staying lol. I think Carrol will though. USC is my pre season #1 for next year.
There was an article in the paper today saying how the BCS will consider having a "+1 system" in 2010.
The idea is to make a four team play off, but wait a minute! That would put LSU against Florida next week if we used it this year. They already played, what happens to Boise st and USC? nothing
