A hot topic lately at the bar i work at during the night with my co-workers and I has been 2012. The rapture and such. What is your guys opinion on this? I personally think its a load of shit. But its interesting to discuss. Do you guys think we're going to be transported to another place? believe in the mayan calender and such?

people having been saying the world is gonna end forever. IF it does it does, I'm not living in fear of it

but if your interested

Why 2012?

I just read some weird ass book that said it was ending on dec. 21st 2012.. ehhhh. im not going to believe it till I see it.

eh, who cares... absolutely nothing you can do about it..

look at it this way, you're not gonna be leaving anyone behind to mourn.. because they'll be right with you..

25% of christians think that 2006, and 2007 are going to be the rapture years too.

umm your link seems to disagree with you lol

read into it deeper.

that whole article is based on its current path. but when it passes us in 2029, it is "slated" to change orbit.

This fucker is flying under the higher of our gps/cell satelites folks. thats how close its coming in 2029. the pull on the earth will alter its course, the course will be re-mapped, and wikipedia will be updated by some nerd :p

the photon belt seems to refur to cosmic enlightenment

2012 seems to be the magnetic reversing of the polls. This explains why the Sphinx in Egypt has water erosion on it. Scary shit really, but what is there to do?

I've read that the magnetic field weakens before the shift, could it be that we're left untouched?

this is a big topic of interest with me, not so much that i believe it all, but its interesting

the mayan calander is one point of interest which as far as i know if unexplained as of yet...

i've also read about the magnetic shift of the poles...

The whole "God" thing is rediculous. I'm going to live now and worry about where I may or may not be going after I stop breathing.
