civic oem deck replacement

i have a 98 civic so stock it hurts. i want to put a new deck in it how do i get out the oem radio thank you

reach in the back and push it out, or take it into a shop and have them slip their tools into it and take it out.

Remove cluster/face panel around radio, remove all screws that you can see that seems to be holding radio in place, then reach in the back disconnect antenna, and wiring harness, try to push radio out, if it doesn't slide out then you have to clips one on either side of the radio that's still holding it in use a flat head screw driver to slithly pry clips loose (might have to do both sides at the same time) radio will slide out.

With factory decks there are always screws plus those clips that I hate so much
