Sounds gay :D but there's a "kit" to replace all the speakers in the M for a reasonable price.

Hey, Dio was in Rainbow - they fuckin rocked. So do Rainbow speakers from all the reviews I've heard.

And that's not a bad price for 10 speakers with all the extras in a beemer.

yeah its like 50 bucks a speaker which is cheap for components of any brand.

i think i blew my passenger side mid range the other day... lol so i think its time for an upgrade.

plus, i'm not very fond of the HK system. its better than most 'stock' systems i guess, but i'm not real impressed with it.

that place also has a neat sub in the middle of the rear seat cubby...

keep in mind though that this is Rainbows low end stuff
their top of the line 6.5" component set runs in the area of $6500 for the pair

this is not to say that even their low end doesnt blow the fucking dogshit out of most companies high end... im just saying this isnt even close to their best shit

understood. but anything with a rubber surround has got to be better than the paper harmon krapdon wizzer cones.

Sound Line SLC $429.00

still a damn good price and no doubt still retardedly high quality

i have the same thing as turbomirage in the doors and 6x9 focal in the rear of my 2002 all powered off a jl 300/4 it sounds GRRRRRRRRReat

They are quite good spekers, but they are not reliable...they brake down, a lot so to speak. I still prefer the Infinity, a little bit expencive but they last a long time.

but that`s just my opinion :)

Buy What YOU Want To Buy.... not what someone else validates you to...

Just do it right and buy Infinity Kappa Series Components ... you'll never go back to anything else..
(Course I thought that until I had a set of Focals with a Utopia Line Driver^_^ )

But seriously, best bang for buck, and even if you're a nimrod and try and power components off of head unit power, they still won't sound too bad.

Course everyone knows that you should have at least 500W per door, but that's just me;)

Truth be told... buy what you want, and if you like how it sounds, then that's all that matters...END OF STORY
