OK, I have searched, I have read and I have learned, this is what I have deciffered and I'm a little confused on the plausability.
Here are the cars currently in my possesion
1992 Integra GS Auto
1993 Integra GS 5 speed (parts car)
1992 Civic LX Auto
the 93 is a non-rebuild title as the frame is bent from a rear ender, but everything else is mint, has nice cat back and coil overs as well as lot's o bling like a sun roof, air conditioning and power windows. The 92 integra needs the 1st and second members as well as new steering knuckles (slush + curb + 100K = suck) So here is my plan.........
First the 92 Civic LX Automatic gets the engine and transmission, ecu, harness, guages from the 92 Integra GS Automatic

So is this dumb? I read that the B18A was a difficult swap, and I'm not sure why, Is it more than it's worth? 38 extra horse in the civic would make it one hell of a sleeper and I am allready swapping out most of the 92 GS stuff for the 93 GS stuff so it wil be sitting there anyway. And I believe the Auto to standard should be easy as I have both cars complete and both use cable transmissions.
Also I am planning on running boost in the integra, not much just a T3, 7 PSI, it's a daily rat racer when the weather sucks and I can't ride my bike, the civic is for taking my son snowboarding and the wife to get groceries, but why not pimp it out and paint it black? I found a great body kit with a CF hood for it for free, one should never question fate and all the other parts are sitting in my driveway anyway.. I know it's an auto 4 door, but the lazy deserve power as well don't they? Well anyway, just wanted to see if I had the correct info thus far. Thanks.
