How do I know if my ECU is throwing CEL 1 vs CEL 10... ?

Would code 10 be ten short blinks or one long one?

Because my light is on for about two seconds, then off for about four seconds, then on for two, then off for four... etc etc

So I'm not positive if it's my O2 sensor (code 1) or the IAT sensor (code 10)

code ten would be one long blink,code one will be a very fast one like a pulse

yes.. say you have 2 long blinks and 5 short ones following.. that would be code 25..

Should be on your intake tube

Its just a thermistor, sometimes it gets a oily or dirty film buildup on it. Try cleaning it with some electric parts cleaner spray. You can buy it at a local auto store.

If that doesnt clear the code, buy another sensor.
