quick question. does anyone know if the center console from a crx will fit in a civic?

I believe you have to swap the entire dash out for the CRX one for it to fit correctly. May I suggest the 94 up integra console, looks great and fits with very little modification.

Just the center console. You gain cupholders and an armrest. You just have to remove the lower part of the ef console where the ash tray is. Then just screw the integra one in place, making new screw holes. It's like a 30min install, nothing hard at all. You need the ashtray back from a 94' and up integra.

Thanks for asking this question!!Reckone thanks for your replies!!I will be searching for a 94 Integra console for my 88 Civic Si.Have been wanting to buy a JDM console but they bring so much $ on ebay!!

jbeck, I picked up a Crx center console today and tried it....well it doesn't work.Where the Crx console surounds the heater controls and radio it's on an angle somewhat facing the driver, the heater controls and radio are flat in the civic,so I agree with Reckone you would have to change the dash for the console to work.

Well, im glad you tried it, I as well was going to buy a jdm center console just to get rid of the huge void there. Ill be looking for a integra console too! I tried ebay but I havent seen much yet.
