speeding, with a car on your side doing a similar speed, is 98% of the time, not racing.
 
16 and 17 yrs of age????????? hummm still makes you wonder though. I know the news always bashes and has a good time when they claim it was a street race,but still. I say they were racing. hell one of then shouldnt have been on the road driving!
 
there was an accident at the entrance of my neighborhood yesterday.. 94 Civic coupe.. passenger died.. car was mangled.. they dont know how it happened..

This happened a few miles from a jobsite I'm on. It was pretty intense, as the guy we're siding/remodeling the house for was driving behind it.
