i skimmed over and didn't see shipping was free. my bad. but you are right, no scammers. i just live in the northwest so i can dish out an assbeating if it's fucked.

Yeah that was one of my major concerns w/buying thru a forum like that (or Zilvia, where i frequent).

Even sending $600 for a used part is too much since you dont know how 'used' it is, or even if the part will wind up at your house or not.

I already have a J30 VLSD and it is worthless . . . stupid thing lasted less than a year under "spirited driving".

The reason I got this clutch type is because of the loads of abuse it will put up with :). I plan to 1/4 mile & autox a lot this coming spring/summer. . .
 
You mean your g/f's 240?

My car will be in one of the most lightly modded autox classes. Factory option motor, nissan brakes, struts/springs (no coils), and NO strut tower bars/braces/etc.

KAAZ ftw. Heard a lot of good things about KAAZ. You know if the clutch plates are restackable? Or is it one set preload?

Honestly i do not know the answer to that - i know that if you were to order the diff directly from Kaaz then you could tell them how many plates to put in it . .


Finnaly, no more J30 VLSD b/s. . . anybody who likes vlsd's is a moron - spirited driving destroys em.
