the medical definition of "overweight" is retarded. plus, you can be a very minimal body fat and still be "obese".

very very true..but i dont believe what anyone says about weight i lost 140lbs and counting and i used no pills or supplements just my natural body so they can go suck a fat one u dont need all that crap

god damn, that seems an unhealthy rate, no?

I'm sure you recognise all the signs here... the people that responded, the feeling of being crushed by lack of results and the denial in the form of pointing out that Obese doesn't apply.

Yeah, Obesity is a very easy line to cross. Weight loss is tough. But millions of people overcome it.

I think that smoking is a habit that I can't break - when it comes to it everyone knows it's a habit that I actually don't want to break. But for me to point out some obscure health benefit, or some kind of "Oh, I can't" is defeatist and wrong.

ha yeah some people think so but if u want something bad enough u will get it and let nothing stop u i was monitored by a doctor threw the whole proccess..

Blah, I was 7% body fat in 2000 and I still had a little gut then. I put on like 15lbs when I quit smoking

I just live healthy but according to my BMI I weight too much but I'm 5'5" and have the same shoulder width as my friend who's 6ft tall

I eat Kashi for breakfast, baked chicken or fish with steemed vegies for lunch and then agian for dinner

snacks include dried fruit, sugar free/fat free pudding, and 93cal a bag popcorn

I intake almost zero soda and when I do it's always diet, I also eat only whole grains

I jog/ use my bowflex/ eliptical regularly

my bloodpressure? 140/65

I fucking give up

how much lifting did you do? or did you just retain your muscle mass and cut the weight through cardio? your arms look kinda big for no lifting

your following to much of a "PLAN" u know what is healthy just eat that and try something different but sometimes u reach a plato that u cant over come i had a few of them and just tried something different but i only know from my exsperience not everyone elses but what worked for me might not work for everyone ya know..but what mad me succesfull was not following a specific thing or diet i just did what i thought was right and it worked and not to mention i worked out really hard

my BP has gone up. I was 115/65 125/80 for the longest time. Now I'm 125/85 sitting on the toilet.

I was at 135 at my best shape, abs and definition. I gained 5 pounds and my stomach lost it's definition. I have flab over my pants now, and I jiggle when I run. How embarassing :|

I don't eat sugar / sweets at all, I hate soda. I smoke and drink lots of coffee / powerade.

i do calistetics pushups situps chinups i box alot and do mma so it depends i dont do much lifting if i do it is very light weight and a ton of reps but i am nowhere near my goal of looks weight i met along time ago but looks i still have some more work to do
