I've been searching and looking at issues people have had with wiring z6's and such in their 91 and older Civic/CRXs.

I'm about to junk my Del Sol(3 accidents it's time for returement).

All the conversion harness's I've seen seem to use the 91 and older engine harness.

Are there any options for using 93 Del Sol Si vtec engine harness in a older generation body? Or am I stuck using the 89 harness with the ryewire/boomslang/insert ocmpany here conversion harness?

Incase you're wondering:
I know you all see the title with y7 in it. I plan on doing a y8 head and intake manifold this summer.

Well it's not like it's impossible, but if you have to ask, it isn't the best option for you.
Nor would I suggest it, if you did each method yourself as we have - you would pick the stock harness from the 89
Rywire FTW

Deal on the hatch fell through but I picked up an 88 CRX DX with the DPFI crap on it.

If my research proves correct I have to do the MPFI conversion then add on the ryewire conversion harness and my p06.

If that is correct LMK.

You could have us do all the wiring:
Rywire - Online Store

Or you could convert the harness to MPFI - use the OBD1 Dizzy and injectors, don't forget about the fan switch change. Then use the OBD0 to OBD1 ECU Jumper and wire up your VTEC solenoid, vtec oil pressure sensor and oxygen sensor to it.

hehe y7 has no veeeeetak :p thanks for confirming though

thought you said you were goin y8 ;) may as well have it all done at once, clean, with 2 plugs hangin there until summer.

One more thing.

I've looked through 4 or 5 versions of the dpfi to mpfi and no one has mentioned how to do the injectors if you are not using a resistorbox (obd-1 injectors are being used). ANy hints?
