the bolts are on the fire wall in the engine compartment and there are to lines that you need to remove on the fire wall as well

the lines have been removed already and im doing drastic weight reduction. This is my weekend car/street legal drag car. Summers are so damn hot so I won't be needing a heater, plus the car doesn't have a/c so no need for any of that.

have you tried unscrewing? lol .pretty simple man. I believe its only 3 10mm screws that holt it. Plus you have to disconnect 1 connector in the left hand side of that pic.

veetek94ex: you might want to chill before you get banned. If you dont have any comments that will contribute in anyway shut the fuck up!!!! Trying to be badass online wont get you very far in this forum, noob.

After you take out the 10mm bolts on the interior side, there's one more on in the engine bay on the firewall. It's like dead center of the fire wall(12mm nut IIRC).

thanks guys, ill look for that, i know i removed the two on the inside, i don't know if i did the third one, ill look at my haynes manual for the tenth time an read it again. I believe the connector is removed, its just hanging there now, the one i think your talking about. An once all the nuts are removed, does it just slide out, with the heater core or does the core have to come out first somehow? Thanks for all the help so far guys, I really appreciate it.

It slides out with the heater core. The bolts, IIRC, there's two 10mm on the right, and one 10mm on the left upper side. Then there's a 12mm nut on the outside that you have to unscrew from the engine bay.

I think you can acually see two of the bolts in the picture that you posted
those are alreayd out, I just pulled the whole thing out actually, i found the one in the engine bay. had to remove the heat control valve first, but it was going to come out sooner or later. Thanks for all the help guys. Here's my interior as of now
