Hell. I'd hit the daughter, AND the mom.

It'd be awesome if it was at the same time.

yep, and thats why i posted it. if i was to scam some people on ebay, they would look like the black bailiff dude. how come the white bitch scams the fucking model looking girl?

How exactly who would you know who you're scamming, anyway? I don't recall putting in "caucasion male" in my ebay profile.

i'm just saying, if i was to scam, i would get bubba. thats my luck. if i knew i was going to get that sexy bitch, i would be a scammin' mofo.

ooooh, ok. I read it the wrong way.

I should probably go to bed now, been up for 20 some hours and all that shit.

Nice job! Just gave everybody at ebay corporate and everyone else who was scammed a big smile on thier face! :D

that was funny lol but if it did state "picture only" I still think that fat bitch has a case. Judge Judy said it didn't weigh 4.9 ounces, so if she printed out enough photos to make it weigh that amount, everything would of been legit?

It wouldn't have met the rest of the specs described.

A piece of paper can't have the same features as a phone.

I was surprised that Judge Judy was intelligent enough to pick up on the 4.9ounce discrepancy, because normally she isn't that intelligent and is usually fairly ignorant, pretending as if she's a jack of all trades.

It didn't state she was getting the picture, but it said she was getting what was in the picture(it was highlighted on the copy of the auction) , so the defendant losses anyway.

they go over the case before she goes into the courtroom. all the evidence is presented to her before the trial. that isn't the first time she sees the paperwork.

plus they have writers and everything for her. so it would be hard for her to miss stuff.

Watching that chick just pisses me off.

Yeah, "picture of a cell phone" blah blah. There is no integrity there. She set out to scam someone, and she succeeded. Whether it said picture or not is irrelevant.

I actually saw that episode on TV one day flipping through channels (and I stopped flipping because of the chick too :D ). I think things would have turned out differently if the defendant had worded the auction a little differently, her case didn't go to a TV court, and she had a decent lawyer. Our whole capitalistic society revolves around hidden charges, stealth fees, "you didn't read the fine print" type of stuff. If she had properly (yet stealthily) stated that they were bidding on a picture of the item, and that the item pictured, not the item being bid on, has so-and-so stats, she should have been in the right. It's completely scummy, but hey, that's capitalism for you.

The counter argument is that there was intent to defraud. The fat girl would have needed to work on a whole new alibi, subtly suggesting she meant to sell pictures all along. Ebay name of something like 'picturegirl', a bit about it hidden in the profile, etc.

This is a twist on an oldy. "PS2, 40 inch Color plasma - Great picture!"

More proof that Judge Judy is fake.
