Yea so last night I couldn't sleep for unrelated reasons. Well at about 4 I started vomiting. At the time I thought it was related to the other thing. Well now it is 1:45 in the afternoon, I've vomited a few more times, I can't keep anything down, I have a fever, I still can't sleep, and my stomach is doing flips even while it's empty (stomach acid included). Basically my physical and mental health are the lowest they have been in months. Just thought I'd let you all know.

BTW- before anyone says it, the mental aspect is not drama related. It is a serious criminal problem with someone I consider a very good friend.

Maybe it's your conscience.
WTF does that mean? I'll PM you the reason I can't sleep so you can understand the position I'm in. I don't want everyone on the board knowing it.

Hydrate as best you can.

Pick your favorite gatorade if you haven't been able to drink or eat.
Try to stuff down some eggs - maybe an egg and cheese sandwich on a wheat english muffin.

Pop the advil and lay in bed, thinking of nothing but good times and sleep until you pass out.

You probably can't sleep because you're stressed and nervous. If you really don't want to just lay there and pass out - invite one of your good friends over, whether guy or girl and pop our favorite movie in and lay around. That will make help make you feel at ease.

Broski, relax.

You don't need to share with anyone, especially if you're this torn up.

He just gets off on putting people down.

I'm hypoglycemic, so no Gatorade. My stomach doesn't handle eggs well, especially while fucked up. I'm basically going to do what I can about the situation and then maybe I can sleep.

Hey this is what you need to do. get a bag of oranges a box of benadryl and a liter of greentea. eat 3 oranges a day drink 2 glasses of green tea and before you get to bed take a benadryl. with in 2-3 days it will all be gone trust me i havnt been in the medical field for 15 yrs and not know some stuff.....lol the oranges will load up your emune system with vitamine C, the greentea has catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant, and the benadryl releases your enzimes to fight what ever you have thats making you sick. do this and youll thank me later.... :)

i saw that commercial too

You need to study up on the medical field.

Benadryl is an anti-histamine which is related to allergies.

Tea is a diuretic due to its caffeine and other ingredients. Slush is already dehydrated, so at this point tea may not be his best bet, perhaps hot water with lemon and honey but not something that will dehydrate him further.

Also immune is a common word. How do you boggle that?

yeah and what does benadryl does fights the allergies and how are allergies fought by releasing the enzimes in your body which are the ones that fight outside virus.

sounds liek what i had at the end of decemeber.

nothing better than shitting piss for 2 weeks :)

Yeah, you had it after I had gotten it a few weeks prior.

Mine left me in so much pain that I was becoming delirious and coming in and out of consciousness, until they shot me up with morphine.

They basically labeled mine as a gastro-intestinal tract infection but didn't really attempt to put a name on what exactly I had, which I felt was quite awkward. I thought it was food poisoning.

They release antihistamines.

Thats my point.

***I'll help you out further.
what are antihistamines? - Google Search

He doesn't need benadryl. He needs to hydrate and get nutrients, along with rest.

...because the commercial is a marketing gimmick.

Snapple and Lipton are unhealthy, sugar-laden drinks. The diet drinks are tastey and calorie free but contain many genetically engineered products as well as chemicals, who's long term side effects haven't been tested.
