Ok here is my problem i have a 93 Civic hatch OBD1 and im putting in a b16 out of an 89 SIR already have everything in the car BUTTTT the ecu i have is PR3-003 which is a OBD0, is there a conversion harness to go from a OBD1 (car) to a OBD0 (ecu)? IF not does anyone have the pin out for that.... Someone please help,

I would recommend staying obd1 and making the necessary changes to your setup to make that work. Sell the obd0 ecu and get a p30.
 
After going to that website read what they say on that page about going to obd0, its not a great idea.
 
Its easy to go from obd0 to obd1, just change the distributor to obd1 and use your stock civic injectors plus use an obd1 knock sensor. If you get your ecu chipped you don't have to worry about a knock sensor and with the distributor you can use any obd1 b series distributor just with an ls you have to cut off a leg. I am using an ls obd1 distributor on my obd0 b16 in an obd2 car, running fine. Any motor will work in any car with the proper mod's as long as the govn't dosn't hold you down:D.
